What is included with the unlimited small jobs support of business plan?
If you’re subscribed to Business Plan then yes you can ask for unlimited small tasks (no more than 30 minutes).
What types of tasks are included in support tickets provided in Professional and business accounts?
Things like content additions, style changes, addition or deletion of plugins and themes, forms and much more such things. Any general fixes which can be done within the available support hour time (2 Hr for Professional and 4 hr for Business plans) are included within the scope of ticket support.
If I signup now, will I be able to use support right away?
Around 6-8 hrs time required to do the setup and configuration of your website within the purchased plans. After that, you can ask for support. Usually, you will be able to ask for support same day.
What is the estimated time for completion of a single task?
Usually, it’s on the same business day. All urgent jobs where the website is down is taken care on priority.
What if I need a custom job?

In Standard and professional plan, Weekly full site backups and daily database backups will be stored. In Business plan, daily full site and database backups will be taken. They are all be stored securely on Amazon S3 servers for 30 days, after which they will be replaced by newer backups.

Which WordPress Hosting will be provided to us?
We offer free web hosting to websites under professional and business plans. Hosting comes with its own cPanel.

What is your cancellation policy?
All plans are charged monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time. The services will be provided till the last day of the subscription date.

What information do I need to give you for setup?
What happens if my site breaks after an update of WordPress core or my plugin(s)/theme(s)?
We will try to fix it immediately if known to us or you can inform us, in the case of any issues/errors visible. If the fix is not possible, we will roll back the update by going back to the backup taken just before the update.
What if my site is compromised even if the site is in your plan?
With our unique WordPress hardening process, the chances of a site hacking or malware infection are very rare. However, security is related with many different variables and few of which are not in our control. In the case where site got compromised, we will clean the entire installation free of cost. If your site is already compromised before we have done our setup, We will let you know and if you want to get us clean your website then we will give you a discounted quote for the same.

Can I ask you to restore a previous backup?
Yes! We will do it free of cost. Provided that the backup is available. We take weekly full site backup and daily database backup for standard and professional plans and full site backup daily in business plans for 30 days. After 30 days, new backups will replace old backups.
